Quarterly Mailings
Posted 11 years ago on 10/11/2009 and updated 12/17/2013
Take Away:

The holiday season is a great opportunity to "touch base" with every single client.

4th Qtr: Holiday Cards

  • October - holiday card meeting (meet to decide final approach)
  • by November 10 - order supplies needed (cards, etc).
  • Dec 1 - mail out cards the first business day after Thanksgiving

  • Pick a holiday card (can be printed with our name)
  • Decide if we want to do anything special
    • sign cards for "some" clients
    • include a gift for all? how about a special gift for a few?
  • Decide if we want to include a coupon (print or get it printed if we do, perhaps a free hour)

1st Qtr: Happy New Years Mailing
